Hank Paulson receives an invitation to testify

Edolphus Towns (chair of the House Oversight Reform Committee) formally invited Hank Paulson (former Goldman Sachs/Treasury Secretary) to testify with Tim Geithner about the AIG credit default swaps paid off at 100 cents on the dollar.

Time will tell if our elected officials will last the full 12 rounds or if they arrive ill-equipped as customary and take their usual dive by round 3. This is yet another fitting venue for the panel to limit their self-serving opening remarks and allocate sufficient focus on substance.

You have 10 days to prepare congressional representatives, use your time wisely. Your 2 year membership is renewing soon.
