Lloyd Blankfein a $100 million Man

The Times of London is reporting that a number of bankers attending the Davos World Economic Forum informed them that the CEO of Goldman Sachs could receive a bonus up to $100 million.

Goldman Sachs declined to comment however they will release the earnings of their top 5 executives in a regulatory filing by the end of next month.

Lloyd Blankfein’s largest bonus so far was in 2007 when he received a $67.9 million compensation package. Given the fact that Goldman Sachs’ profit in 2009 exceeded the profit level in 2007, one can only imagine how much more the board of directors will appreciate Lloyd’s performance while he and the firm are doing God’s work.

Anointed "Saint Blankfein" and awarded $100 million
