Hey Mary Schapiro, CNBC fans the Sybase buyout rumors and stock romps from $42 to over $60. Are you planning on busting those trades?
Grandpa was curious if Mary Schapiro and her band of SEC incompetents were endorsing action to bust the trades that occurred after CNBC fanned the flames of a potential buyout rumor. The stock romped from $42 to over $63. Is a 50% move up based on a rumor different than a move down on a rumor? Grandpa figured you might not be aware of this violent move. Maybe it was the mysterious fat finger trader Mary.
Grandpa was simply wondering if you would every consider busting trades when the market or the stock goes up versus down and if rumors are sanctioned by the SEC if the stock goes up?
