Rick Santelli was on a tear this morning and took the first swing at Steve "I can put a positive spin on anything" Liesman and when he swung back, Rick Santelli informs the planet that Steve fights like a girl. Rick's ire is raised at the 7:45 mark and the "fights like a girl" fireworks are around 10:15.
Enjoy the show! (the cackling in the background is ex-Federal Reserve Governor Frederic Mishkin).

CNBC Hosted "Guess the Payroll Number" Gong Show and All Panelists were gonged.
2/4/2011
CNBC delivers today's
The Gong Show Winner is David Malpass who projected 220,000 new jobs and then states, "I really think there is an improvement in the economy though you can't see it." SAY WHAT!
The highlight is Rick Santelli opening a can of whoop a@* when Steve Liesman deemed the U-6 figure dropped to 16.1%. NOTE: once again, the seasonally adjusted number dropped from 16.7% to 16.1%. The Non-Seasonally Adjusted figure (a.k.a. real) increased to 17.1% from 16.6%. Non of the esteemed panelists opted to bring up that data nugget.

Rick Santelli Uncaged Part Deux
Rick Santelli is on a roll today and this afternoon's contestant is Ron (Mr. Arrogant) Insana one of many (my hedge fund pulled up a bit short on results) CNBC contributors. It appears that Ron Insana's feelings were a bit hurt and he does not understandstand Rick's sarcasm. Ron and Mr. Insana have a different perspective on the Federal Reserve...
For those that are interested in Rick's reference to those in attendance at a meeting just prior ot the formation of the Federal Reserve, I encourage reading the following as a lick off on a very interesting journey.

Jekyll Island Experience
For those a bit curious about Mr. Arrogant: New York Times Article-Running a Hedge Fund is Harder thanit Looks on TV

Rick Santelli Uncaged
Rick Santelli uncaged and so in trouble with the mothership. Rick Santelli to attend GE/CNBC sensitivity and positive spin training this weekend. Grandpa fears a CNBC lobotomy on Mr. Santelli if he continues his logical perspective and passionate representation of responsible American's. Rick leaves the cage around 5 1/2 minutes into segment.

Rick Santelli: takes on Paul Kanjorski and not enough physical gold
Rick Santelli is sure to get called in to the backroom after "taking on" Paul Kanjorski. Too bad more people do not take on Kanjorski who spends far too much time running for re-election on CNBC. Kanjorski has been a member of the House of Representatives since 1985. TIME TO MOVE ON PAUL!!

Rick Santelli slapping the cheerleaders
Rick Santelli will likely be hauled in to the CNBC backroom for a cooling off period. As usual, he is not playing well with the cheerleaders and especially Steve "the Federal Reserve mouthpiece" Liesman.
This is an 8 minute plus clip and Rick cranks it up around 1 minute 40 seconds. Around 6 minutes into the clip, Becky "I have a crush on Warren Buffett" gets vocal.
Rick will be grounded or sent to his room for breaking the CNBC cardinal rule; "never disagree with a bullish equity fund snake oil salesperson" especially if Oppenheimer is the name.
